As set out in the "Why a network" section anhyone can join the network by providing feedback on CEN papers such as criticisms, requests for clarifications or by adding content that appears to be missing or to clarify logic. We welcome this input on papers posted by CEN with the subtitle "working document" since these have not been reviewed or assigned an ISBN.
